Og Dairy

Og Dairy is located over here in Rabale, specifically in the Bhim Nagar area right off Thane Belapur Road. It is a busy spot with all the trucks and traffic passing by, but we have made it our home. Working in the dairy business means we have a lot of early mornings. We are usually up and moving before most people in Belapur even think about waking up for breakfast. Our shop is not anything too special to look at from the outside, but we keep it clean and the cooling units are always running. We get the milk and other dairy products in and then try to get them out to the neighborhood families as fast as possible. Dealing with fresh goods is tricky because you cannot just let things sit on a shelf for weeks. My family and a couple of local helpers run the whole operation. We know the regulars who come in every single morning for their usual order of milk or curd. Sometimes we run out of something popular and have to tell people to wait until the next truck comes, which is never a great feeling. But that is just part of the daily job. Being on Parlam Bhatkuli, we see a lot of people just passing through on their way to work. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big ads or anything, just milk and whatever else people need for their tea.
