If you ever find yourself at Gulshan Plaza in Badnera, you might have seen us up on the first floor. This is where Avinash Tours & Travels operates from. It’s a decent sized building, but our office is just a regular room with a few desks and some maps on the wall. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at computer screens trying to figure out travel routes. Amravati gets quite hot, so we’re glad to be indoors, even if the stairs up to the first floor can be a bit of a climb on a busy day. We deal with all sorts of travel requests, from simple bus tickets to longer trips. It’s not a glamorous job, honestly. There is a lot of checking and re-checking dates and prices. Sometimes people come in and just want to talk about where they want to go, and we listen. The area around Badnera is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it at the 444701 pincode. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a lobby with coffee. It’s just us working through the bookings. We’ve been here long enough that most people around Gulshan Plaza know who we are. It’s a practical business. We keep the doors open and try to stay on top of the schedules. It’s a lot of work, but someone has to do it. We are just a local team doing what we can.
