Our business is Ashish Plastic. You can find us at Plot No.26 in Nangaon Peth. We are situated within the Midc Industrial Area. It’s a busy place with lots of other factories and workshops around. The roads here are wide to accommodate the big trucks. We’ve been at this plot for quite some time. The building is a standard industrial shed, nothing fancy to look at. Inside, the machines are usually running. It’s a bit noisy, so we often have to shout to hear each other. Ashish Plastic is a small team. We all know our jobs and just get on with it. There isn’t a big management structure here. We just work together to get the orders out. The Midc Industrial Area is a good spot for us because everything we need is close by. We don't have a glossy brochure or a marketing team. If you want to see what we do, you just have to come to Nangaon Peth. Sometimes the weather makes the work hard, especially when it rains heavy on the metal roof. But we keep going regardless. Most of our neighbors are doing similar work, so we all understand each other. It’s a community of workers. We take pride in just showing up and doing the job right.
