Ashirwad Pipe & Sanitarywares

Ashirwad Pipe & Sanitarywares is situated on the Main Road, inside the Khatri Complex at Chaudhry Chowk. We are right near the Hanuman Mandir, so you can often hear the bells from the temple while we are working. It’s a good spot to be in, though the traffic at the chowk can be a bit much during the evening rush. We handle pipes and all sorts of sanitary items. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, moving toilets and long pipes from the trucks into the store. Our clothes usually have a bit of dust on them by the end of the shift. The Khatri Complex is a busy place with other shops around us, so there is always someone to talk to. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just sell the things people need to fix their bathrooms or build their new houses. We don't have any polished sales pitches. If something is in stock, we tell you. If it isn't, we tell you that too. It’s a very simple way of doing things. Sometimes people come in just to ask for advice on a leak they have at home, and we try to point them in the right direction. It’s just us doing our daily work in a corner of the city that we know well. We like the neighborhood and the people here are mostly regulars.
