Arkasush Energy is based out in Dhamangaon Railway, in an area called Rajdhani Nagar. It is a quiet town, and we are glad to be operating from here. We deal with energy projects, particularly solar and other power solutions. Our office is a simple, functional space. We do not have a big team of secretaries or a fancy lobby. Usually, there is just a couple of us in the office while the rest of the guys are out at a site somewhere. Being in a place like Dhamangaon means we have to be practical. We do not have the resources of a big city firm, so we learned to be resourceful and fix things ourselves. Our days are spent looking at technical specs, talking to local farmers or business owners, and making sure our installations are actually producing power. It is rewarding work, but it can be tiring when the weather is hot or the parts are delayed. We do not use a lot of fancy terminology. We just talk about how much energy a system can make and how much it will cost. The neighbors in Rajdhani Nagar are good people, and we have a decent relationship with everyone around. It is a slow and steady kind of life here. We just want to keep building things that work and making sure our small company stays on its feet. It is honest, hard work and we are fine with that.
