Altaf Trader

You can find Altaf Trader at shop number 32 in the parking area of Hatoti Pura. We are situated in the Qazipura part of Karanja, which is usually buzzing with people and vehicles. Being right in the parking area means there is always a lot of movement around our front door. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the bikes parked everywhere, but we make do. We’ve been trading here for many years now. It’s a family-run thing, and we don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s mostly just me and a couple of helpers. We deal with whatever goods are needed by the locals and other small businesses around here. The shop is filled with various items, and sometimes it looks a bit messy because we have so much stock arriving. We don’t have a website or anything like that; people usually just walk in or call us on the phone. The weather in Karanja can get really hot, so we spend a lot of time under the fans during the afternoon. We know most of the other shopkeepers around Hatoti Pura, and we often help each other out. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it’s worked for us for a long time. We don't make big promises, we just try to have what people are looking for at a fair price when they need it.
