Aastha Physiotherapy Clinic

We have been set up at Ambika Nagar for quite a while now, right across from the Hanuman Temple. It is a busy spot but generally easy for people to find. Aastha Physiotherapy Clinic is basically just me and a couple of others helping folks get back on their feet. Some days we are dealing with chronic back pain, and other days it is someone who tripped and hurt their ankle. We do not have fancy coffee machines or a big lobby, just the equipment we need to do the job properly. People often stop by after visiting the temple just to ask a quick question about a knee that will not stop clicking. It is a real neighborhood place. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if I am being honest, but we keep the treatment tables very clean. We try to keep things simple here. There are no long forms that take an hour to fill out. You come in, tell us what is hurting, and we see what can be done to fix it. It gets a bit loud outside with the traffic around Ambika Nagar, but inside we just focus on the stretches and the exercises. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a little noise, but it works fine. We have seen all sorts of cases over the years. It is mostly locals from around here. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first name.
