Northern Indian Heavy Forge

If you drive down Amloh Road, you will find us at Village Kumbh. Northern Indian Heavy Forge has been operating from this spot for some time. It gets pretty loud around here with all the work going on, but that’s just how it is with forging. The heat from the shop is something you get used to after a few years. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. It is just a group of people working with metal every day. Village Kumbh is a good location because it gives us the space we need for the heavy equipment. Some mornings the fog is thick over Amloh Road, but we are usually already inside getting the furnace started. The work is hard and it gets your hands dirty, but it is honest. We take care of the orders as they come in. There isn't much downtime. Sometimes a machine breaks and we have to spend half the day fixing it ourselves. That is just part of the life here. We aren't interested in making things sound more complicated than they are. We do heavy forge work and we do it right here in the village. It is a straightforward operation. We have been part of the local landscape for a while, and the neighbors know us by the sound of the hammers. It’s what we do. It’s hard work, but we like it here at Village Kumbh.
