Our business is run from Devikali Raniganj, specifically at Ram Chandra Pandey’s place. It’s a local spot in the Amethi area, not far from Sultanpur. We focus on construction work, mostly small projects for families and businesses around here. We don't have a big fancy office in the city. Instead, we work out of this house and spend most of our time on the actual construction sites. Being in Uttar Pradesh means we have to deal with some pretty rough weather, from heavy rains to extreme heat. It makes the building process a bit unpredictable at times. We have a small crew of local workers who know the trade well. We don't do any big advertising or have a social media page. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or see our trucks parked at a job site. We handle the basic stuff like masonry, concrete, and structural work. It’s a lot of physical labor and we often go home covered in dust. We try to keep our costs down so we can offer fair prices to the people in our community. Sometimes we have to juggle a few different projects at once, which can be a bit stressful. But we like the work and we like seeing something being built from nothing. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We just take it one brick at a time and try to stay busy.
