LANDSKY PROPERTIES LLP

We sit here at Landsky Properties LLP on the Lucknow Road in Jagdishpur. Our spot is basically at Sanjay Singh’s place. It is a bit of a drive out to Musafirkhana but that is just how it is around Sultanpur. The office is not very big, just some desks and chairs where we handle the property papers. Most days it is quiet until someone comes in to ask about a piece of land or a house nearby. We have been in this part of Uttar Pradesh for some time now and know the roads pretty well. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just keep working. There are maps on the wall and a lot of tea gets made throughout the afternoon. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big lobby. It is just a place where we do our business and talk to the neighbors. Most of the people who come by are local folks we already know from around the town. We spend a lot of time walking through fields or driving down these dusty roads to look at sites. It is basic work but it keeps us busy. If you are heading down the Lucknow Road, you might see our sign near Palpur. It’s just a regular office for regular work. We try to keep the files organized but there is always a lot of paperwork piling up on the main table.
