Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd is tucked away in Amethi, specifically at A-1131 in the Hal Korwa Avionics Division. It’s a busy part of Sultanpur. Most days here start early when the gates open and the morning shift rolls in. Being located near the avionics division means there’s a lot of activity around us all the time. The area has its own rhythm, with trucks moving in and out and people heading to their stations. Our building is pretty standard for the industrial zone. It’s a practical space where the focus is just on getting the work done. You won’t find anything fancy or flashy here. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor, keeping things moving and making sure everything is where it needs to be. The sun gets quite hot in Sultanpur during the afternoons, so the shade inside the facility is always welcome. Most of the staff live nearby, so there’s a lot of familiar faces every day. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, and it’s become a core part of our routine. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is the busiest place during breaks. It’s just a normal workplace with people who know their jobs. We don't spend much time talking about what we do; we just get on with it and handle the daily tasks as they come. It’s about the metal, the machines, and the steady pace of the Sultanpur industrial landscape.
