Our center is located at E-6 in Sector 21, right in the heart of the Jagdishpur Industrial Area. Since we are in an industrial zone, there’s always the sound of trucks and machinery nearby. It’s not a quiet library, but it fits what we do. We are the Centre For Skill And Entrepreneurshipdevelopment. We work with the people who live and work around these factories. Our building is a simple one, much like the others on the street, with a plain door and some windows. Inside, we have spaces set up for learning different trades and how to run a small business. It’s very practical. We don't spend much time on theories that don't work in the real world. We talk about what people actually need to get jobs in the plants around us or start their own little shops. The floors are concrete and the furniture is basic, but it serves the purpose. Jagdishpur is a hardworking place, and we try to match that energy every morning. We open early and stay late most days because that's when people are available. It’s just a local hub where we try to help folks get a bit ahead by learning something useful. There's no corporate polish here, just people trying to build a better life for themselves and their families. We drink a lot of tea and talk through the daily problems of running a business. It’s honest work in a busy industrial setting.
