We have been here at Choudhary Mansion in Ameerpet for quite a while now. Most days start early for us because the ovens need to get going before the sun is even up. It is a bit loud around here with all the traffic on the main road but inside the bakery it is just the usual kitchen noise. We mostly just focus on getting the bread and biscuits ready for the morning crowd. Some people stop by on their way to work and others come in later when things quiet down a bit. The shop isn't very big and it can get a little crowded when a lot of people show up at once. We try to keep everything moving along. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected which can be a bit of a pain for the regulars. Ameerpet is always busy so there is never really a dull moment outside our door. We just keep doing what we do every day. It is a simple setup really. No fancy decorations or anything like that. Just the smell of flour and yeast in the air. If you are walking past the mansion you will probably smell us before you see the sign. It is just a local spot where people grab what they need and head out. That is how it has always been for us here. We aren't trying to be anything special we just like to bake.
