Sahal Overseas

Sahal Overseas is tucked away at No. 2/1 Mohammed Pura 1st Street. You actually have to go down the 2nd lane to find our door. It is a quiet corner most of the time, which we like. We have been operating out of this spot for quite a while now. The space inside is a bit cramped because of all the boxes and crates, but we make it work. Most of the neighbors know who we are. We handle stuff for overseas shipments and things like that. It is a lot of paperwork and double-checking the labels on everything. My cousin usually works at the front desk and I handle the stuff in the back. The lane is pretty narrow, so the big trucks have a hard time getting in, but we manage with the smaller vans. It is a family business, really. We do not spend money on advertising or those fancy websites you see. People just find us by word of mouth or they happen to see the sign when they are walking through Mohammed Pura. The weather gets really hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast just to stay comfortable. We try to get everything shipped out on time. Sometimes there are delays at the port that we can't control, which is frustrating, but that is just how the business is. We like being part of this little community. It is a simple life here.
