Ayurnix Herbals

Our shop, Ayurnix Herbals, is in the Adity Complex, tucked away in the lane near Jaiswal Chitra Mandir on Deviganj Road. It can be a little tricky to find the first time because the lane is quite narrow. Once you get inside, you will notice the smell of different herbs and roots right away. We have rows and rows of small jars and bags filled with all sorts of natural things. It isn't a modern-looking store at all. The counters are old, and the floor is made of simple stone. We spend a lot of our time weighing out powders and packing them into small paper packets for people. Our hands usually end up covered in dust from the different plants we work with. We have been here for a long time, so we know all the other people working in the complex. It is a busy little area, especially in the evenings when the market picks up. We don’t really do any promotion or advertising. People just know we are here when they want something traditional. We don’t have a computer system for our stock; we just know where everything is on the shelves by memory. It is a slow and steady kind of business. We talk to our customers about what they are looking for and try to be as helpful as we can. It’s just how we’ve always done things.
