Communication Service Center

You can find our Communication Service Center right at Pratap Chowk in Nawapara. We are situated very close to the Gramin Bank, which is really the main landmark everyone uses to find us here in Surguga. The center stays pretty busy most days because communication tech is something almost everyone needs a bit of help with at some point. We handle things like mobile connections, internet problems, and sometimes we just help folks figure out how to use their new devices. It’s a very simple setup inside. We have a few desks, some basic chairs for people to wait in, and a lot of cables. Often, folks from the surrounding village areas come in with questions about their signals or their monthly bills. We do our best to explain things in plain words that make sense. Pratap Chowk is a lively place to be, so there is always the sound of traffic and people from the street coming in through the door. We don't really mind the noise. It makes us feel like we are right in the middle of the community. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we have to wait it out, but that’s just part of life here. We aren't trying to be the biggest service center in the country, just a reliable place for the people in Nawapara to get their tech sorted. We’ve seen many changes in the gadgets people carry since we first opened our doors and we just take it one customer at a time.
