Our company, Ashadeep Biocare Private Limited, is situated along the Namnakala Ring Road. It’s a location that’s easy for us because the road connects to several different parts of the region. The building we’re in is pretty basic, just a functional space where we handle the biocare side of things. We have some equipment and storage areas that take up most of the room inside. The Ring Road can get quite busy with trucks and commuters, so there’s usually a bit of noise in the background while we work. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a lot of signs, just the name on the door so people know they’ve found the right place. Most of the work involves managing products and making sure everything is stored correctly according to what it is. We have a small staff here, and we all know each other’s routines by now. Sometimes the weather makes the road outside a bit dusty or muddy, depending on the season, but we just keep the inside as clean as we can. We’ve been at this Namnakala spot for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the traffic and the local deliveries. It’s not the kind of place people just wander into; usually, if someone is here, it’s for a specific reason related to our work. We just show up every day and get through the list of what needs doing without making much noise about it.
