Ayub Bakery

Ayub Bakery is situated at 2 3 659/5 in the Azad Nagar area. We spend most of our time here around the ovens, especially early in the mornings when the first batches of bread need to come out. Our place is a simple local spot where people from the neighborhood stop by for their daily needs. We make things like rusks, biscuits, and various types of bread. It’s a messy job with flour getting everywhere, but that is how a bakery works. Azad Nagar is where we have set up shop, and we see the same faces every day. We don't have a big fancy storefront, just the counter and the kitchen in the back. Sometimes the weather makes the dough rise differently, so we have to adjust. It’s not a corporate chain, just a small operation. We focus on getting the baking done right so the shelves aren't empty when the morning rush starts. People come in for a quick snack or to pick up stuff for tea time at home. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us. It’s hard work standing on your feet all day by the heat of the oven, but it’s what we do. We just try to keep things consistent without making a big fuss about it. It’s just us here in Azad Nagar making bread every day for the folks nearby.
