We are located at 2-2-647/A/23 in the Saibaba Nagar Colony in Amberpet. It is a nice residential area with a lot of trees and families living around. The office is basically part of the neighborhood. You see people walking their dogs or kids playing while we are sitting inside working on things. Amberpet has a lot of character, and we like being based here rather than in some glass tower downtown. The building is an older style, which gives it a bit of a solid feel. Inside at Avani Infra Developers, we have maps and some blueprints lying around because of the nature of the work. It is not very fancy. The furniture is a bit mismatched, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over documents. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just take a break and sit outside on the steps. It is a relaxed atmosphere for the most part. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes for a regular workday. Most people who come by are local or have some connection to the area. It feels good to be part of the colony. We just show up every morning, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun starts to go down. It is a simple life.
