You can find us out in the Ambernath MIDC area, specifically at B-87 in the Additional industrial zone. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main part of Thane, but it’s where all the industrial action is. The area is called Anandnagar, and it’s filled with factories and warehouses. Our facility is a pretty standard industrial setup. We’ve got the production floor where the machines are running and a small section for the administrative side of things. The Maharashtra humidity can be tough, especially in the middle of the day when the metal roof gets hot. We have a routine that we stick to pretty closely. People arrive, the machines start humming, and we work through the list. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We often have trucks backing into the loading bay, which can be a bit of a squeeze. The staff usually takes their breaks together in a small shaded area outside. We don't go in for big speeches or fancy corporate retreats. Most of our communication happens over the noise of the equipment or while we're checking parts. It’s a very practical environment. We’ve been in Ambernath East for a while, and we’ve become part of the landscape here. It’s just a steady, working-class place where the focus is on getting the daily production done right.
