Santosh Contractors

You can find us at Shop No. 3 in Building No. 1 of the Aquabiking Building. We are located in Mordi Pada, which is right next to Ulhas Nagar in Ambernath East, over in Thane district. Santosh Contractors is a local outfit, and we’ve been taking on various jobs around the neighborhood for quite a while now. Being in the construction and contracting line means we spend a lot of time out at sites, so the shop is more like a home base for us. We keep our tools and materials organized there as much as we can. Ambernath East is a growing area, so there’s always something being built or repaired nearby. We handle the usual contractor stuff, from small fixes to larger projects that take a few months to wrap up. It’s a lot of physical work and coordinating with different workers. We aren't really into big advertisements or anything like that. Most people just find us because they saw our work or heard about us from a neighbor. That’s how it works in a place like Mordi Pada. We try to be fair with our prices and do a decent job so people don’t have to call us back to fix mistakes. It’s a busy life, and there’s always a bit of dust on our shoes. We just keep our heads down and get the work done one day at a time, making sure things are solid before we move on to the next job and help someone else with their building needs.
