Our workshop is tucked away in Shed No 3 A & B over at Ganesh Compound in Ambernath. It’s an industrial area, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks moving around Pawar Section. The floor is usually covered in some dust, and we have tools scattered across the benches because someone is always in the middle of a job. Samarth Electronics isn't a showroom; it’s a place where things actually get handled. Chikloli has its own pace, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. Some mornings start with a bit of a struggle to get the shutters up, and the coffee isn't always great, but the work gets done. We have a small team, and everyone knows their role. We don't spend much on decorating the place because that’s not what we’re about. It’s more about the practical side of electronics. The address sounds a bit complicated on paper, but once you find the Ganesh Compound, we’re easy enough to spot. There’s a lot of grit and honest sweat that goes into these sheds. We don't have a fancy marketing team or a big HR department. It’s just us, the equipment, and the daily grind of making sure the orders are ready when they need to be. It can be a bit chaotic during the busy season, but we manage to keep our heads down and stay busy through the day.
