We have been operating out of Plot No. D-38 in the Anand Nagar MIDC area for a good while now. Ambernath East is a busy place, and being in the Additional Ambernath section means we are surrounded by all sorts of other workshops and factories. Rite Pack Basava Engineering Pvt. Ltd. isn't some fancy corporate office with glass walls and carpets. It is more of a real workspace where you will hear machines running and see people getting their hands dirty every day. We deal with engineering tasks, mostly stuff related to packaging needs. Some days are loud and some are just steady work. The weather here can get pretty humid, but we just keep the big fans going and get on with the day's tasks. Most of the guys who work here live nearby, so we have a good local crew that knows the area well. We started this place because there was a clear need for engineering support in this industrial belt. It is not always easy, and sometimes parts get delayed or a machine acts up, but that is just how it goes in this line of business. We do not spend time on social media or making big speeches about what we do. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or by just stopping by the MIDC gate. If you walk into the shop, you will see projects halfway done and some grease on the floor. It is just a straightforward, honest workplace.
