Nikakem Products

Nikakem Products is based over at Morivali MIDC in Ambernath. We are on Plot No. 43. It is an older part of the industrial estate, so the roads have some potholes, but it has been home to us for a while. We have been making things here for quite some time now. The factory is not huge, but it gets the job done. We mostly deal with chemical products. It smells like a lab on some days and like a heavy factory on others. We have a small team here. Everyone knows each other's names. We do not have those big corporate meetings. Instead, we just talk over lunch or while we are working on a specific batch. Ambernath is a good place to be because a lot of our suppliers are nearby. The rain can be very heavy here during the monsoon, and sometimes the yard gets a bit muddy. We just put on our boots and keep going. We do not have a marketing team writing stuff for us. This is just a basic description of how we operate. We try to keep things organized on the shelves, though it gets cluttered when we are very busy. It is a real place with real people. We have a few desks in the front for the paperwork, but most of the action is in the back. It is just a regular local business.
