We operate out of Flat No- 102 in Vishnu Kamal Kunj, which is in the Kansai Section of Ambernath East. It’s not your typical storefront; we work from this residential plot area, so it’s a bit more personal and quiet than a main road shop. We handle trading for various items, and our day is mostly spent tracking shipments and talking to suppliers on the phone. Ambernath East is a growing area, and being in the Kansai Section means we are surrounded by a mix of homes and small offices. We don't have a big sign or a fancy display window. Most people who deal with us know us through word of mouth or long-standing relationships we've built over time. It can get a bit cramped with all the files and samples lying around the flat, but we manage to keep things moving. We usually start the day early with a lot of phone calls before the afternoon heat settles in. It’s a lot of coordinating between different people to make sure things get delivered where they need to go. We like the neighborhood because it’s convenient, and even though it’s just a flat, it’s where all the actual work gets done. It’s just us doing our daily rounds and making sure the business stays steady without too much fuss.
