Ashu Organics (India) Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No. W - 48 in the Morivali section of the Ambernath MIDC. Ambernath has a very specific feel to it, very industrial and always moving. Our plot is one of many in this long stretch of factories. It’s a place where you see a lot of blue-collar work happening every single day. The building at W-48 is a bit older, with some wear and tear on the exterior, but it holds everything we need. Inside, it’s mostly workspace and storage. We have a small corner for the administrative stuff, but we aren't the type to sit behind desks all day. There’s always something that needs fixing or moving. The air in Morivali is thick with the smell of industry, and you can hear the trains passing by not too far off. We started here because the location made sense for the logistics. It isn't the prettiest part of town, but it’s where the work gets done. We have a small crew and we all know each other’s names. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting outside if the weather is okay. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, check what needs to be shipped, and get to it. It’s a plain, hardworking atmosphere that suits us just fine.
