We have been operating out of Udyog Bhavan No 2 for quite a while now. Our place is located in the MIDC area of Ambernath East, specifically at Plot K-1 in the Additional Industrial Area. Most of our days are just spent getting the work done inside our unit, which is F-2. This whole industrial belt is always busy with activity, and we are right there in the thick of it near Village Jambivali. Sometimes the roads around here get really crowded with big trucks and local traffic, but we have learned to manage the commute over the years. We are not a massive team here at Agv Systems, but we have our small space set up exactly how we need it to handle our daily operations. Since it is an industrial neighborhood, there is usually some noise or something happening nearby, so it is never really quiet. We just focus on the tasks right in front of us. There is no fancy lobby or polished reception area here, just our workshop and a few desks for the paperwork. If you know this part of Ambernath, you know it is a practical place to work without any unnecessary frills. We like being part of the local business community. We just keep our heads down and do what is required. The weather gets incredibly humid during the monsoon months, which makes working in the plant a bit of a challenge, but we are used to it. Every morning starts with some tea and a look at the schedule. It is just a regular place where people work hard and then go home.
