Agv Systems Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Midc area of Ambernath East. We are in Udyog Bhavan No 2, unit F-2, on Plot No. K-1. This is the Additional Industrial Area near Jambivali village. It is definitely an industrial setting. There are lots of workshops and factories around us, so there is always a bit of a hum in the air from machines. Our space is pretty basic. We have a workspace for the technical side of things and a small area with a couple of desks for the admin stuff. It is not a place for fancy furniture. We mostly have metal shelves and heavy-duty tables. The floors are concrete and we do not mind if they get a bit dirty from the daily work. We get to the office early to beat the heat, as it can get quite warm in these industrial buildings during the summer. We do not have any big corporate policies that make things complicated. If something needs to be fixed, we just fix it ourselves. The crew here is small and we have worked together for a long time. We usually have lunch together and talk about regular stuff, not just work. It is a bit out of the way for some, but it suits us fine. We are not trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to do our job and make sure things are done right.
