Vayam People Welfare Foundation

Based in Ayodhya, the Vayam People Welfare Foundation is in the Jalwanpur area. Our address is 4/5/71 in New Colony. It’s a pretty quiet part of Faizabad, which we actually like quite a bit. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. We aren't trying to be some big, famous organization. We just want to do our part for the community here in the 224123 area. The office is small, but it’s plenty for us. Usually, we just sit around a big wooden table and talk about what needs to happen. There’s no corporate ladder or anyone acting like they’re better than anyone else. If you have an idea, you just say it. If something needs to be moved or carried, someone just does it. We stay focused on the people living right near us. These are the folks we see every day at the market or walking down the street. It makes the work feel more real and personal. We don't have any polished brochures or a team for marketing. If people know we exist, it’s usually because they heard about us from a friend. We like it that way because it keeps everything honest. Sometimes the local paperwork can be a real headache, but we don't let it get to us too much. We just take things one day at a time and do our best. It’s honest work.
