Our small office is at House No. 3 in Masena village. It’s right there in the Mirjapur area of Ambedkar Nagar. If you know the 224181 pin code, you know it’s mostly fields and quiet streets around here. Sudhanssu Nidhi Limited isn't some giant company with hundreds of people. It’s basically just a few rooms where we manage the local accounts. We spend a lot of our time just chatting with the people who live in Masena. They come in after working in the fields or finishing their daily chores. The office can get a bit cramped when more than three people show up at once. We don't have a receptionist or fancy coffee machines. Usually, someone just brings a glass of water from the back. We wanted to have something local so people didn’t have to travel all the way into the main town just to put a little money aside. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit to update the ledgers, but nobody seems to mind much. We’ve been here a while now, and everyone knows where House No. 3 is. It’s just how things work in a place like this. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We’re just part of the village, trying to help out where we can. It’s a decent living, and we get to see our neighbors every single day. We just try to keep things moving along without making any fuss.
