Ronak Building Materials

We are located in Sultanpur, right by the Tarsawan sabzi bazaar. It is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is out getting their vegetables. Our yard is filled with the usual stuff like bricks, sand, and bags of cement. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks. It can get quite loud with all the noise from the market nearby, but we are used to it by now. People stop by on their way home to pick up a few things they forgot for their construction work. The ground gets muddy when it rains, so we have to be careful with the cement bags. We have a small office where we keep the books and sit when it is too hot outside. It is not a big operation, just a local business trying to keep up with the building happening around here. Sometimes we run out of sand, and we have to wait for the next delivery to come through. We know most of the people who come in because they live just down the road. We don’t really do any big advertising. People just see the sign when they are going to the bazaar. It is a simple way of living, and we just focus on getting the materials out to the sites. We handle the heavy lifting ourselves mostly. It keeps us in shape and the business moving forward every single day.
