Being at a crossroads like Mijhaura Chauraha means there is always a lot of movement and noise, which we have gotten used to over the years. Our pin code is 224152. We focus on different projects in the local area, mostly construction and infrastructure tasks. The office is just a plain room where we keep our tools and papers. It’s not fancy, and the paint on the walls could probably use a touch-up, but it works for what we need. We usually start our day early before the sun gets too hot. Most of the guys meet up here at the crossroads before heading out to wherever the day's work is. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a PR person. If someone wants to know what we do, they usually just walk in and ask. It’s a very local way of doing things. Ambedkar Nagar is where we live and work, so we know the roads and the people pretty well. Sometimes the traffic at the chauraha makes it hard to park, but that’s just life in a busy junction. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home before it gets too late. There is always more work to do tomorrow, but that is fine with us.
