Our place is at Plot No. E- 41, near the Asb Compound in the Additional Ambernath area. We operate under the name Vishal Cables Pvt. Ltd. Even though we have "Pvt. Ltd." in the name, the atmosphere here is much more like a regular factory floor than a corporate office. We spend our time manufacturing various types of electrical cables. The warehouse is huge and usually full of giant spools of wire and the smell of industrial plastic and copper. It’s a lot of heavy machinery and people moving things around on pallets. We’ve been in Ambernath for quite some time now, and we’re part of the industrial belt here. The work is repetitive but it requires us to pay attention so nothing goes wrong with the insulation or the wire thickness. We aren't the type to give big speeches about what we do. We just make sure the machines are fed with raw materials and the finished cables are coiled up properly. It gets pretty loud during the day, and the floor can get a bit oily. We just eat our lunch together and get back to the machines. It’s a steady job and we like the routine of it. No one here wears a tie, we just focus on the production and getting the orders out.
