We operate W3Spooks Private Limited from a house in Ratangarh, Ambala City. The address is House No 582. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice because it’s peaceful while we work. We’ve been here in Haryana for a while. The name sounds a bit unusual, but it’s just what we went with when we registered. We do a lot of web-related work. It’s mostly technical stuff, sitting in front of monitors and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn’t behaving. Our setup is pretty simple. We converted a few rooms into workspaces. It doesn't feel like a typical office, which we actually prefer. We can wear what we want and the kitchen is right there when we need a snack. Ambala is a good place to be based. It’s not as hectic as the bigger cities like Gurgaon. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we’re doing inside all day, but we’re just busy with our digital projects. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just take on tasks and try to finish them on time. It’s a practical, local business. We like keeping things low-key and just focusing on the work at hand. It’s worked for us so far. Most of our day is spent debugging or chatting about how to solve a specific problem. It’s a slow and steady process, and we like it.
