Our main office is actually located in a house, number 2164 in Sector 9, Urban Estate in Ambala City. It’s a residential area in Haryana, so it feels very much like a family-run operation. We do a lot of our administrative work from here. Even though the company name mentions Rajpura and Punjab, this spot in Ambala is where the paperwork and the management happens. It’s a nice, quiet street where the neighbors all know each other. We use a few rooms in the house for our desks and filing cabinets. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, but it serves us well for keeping track of the industry side of things. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working through logistics for the factory. We have a small group of people who come in every day, and we usually have tea together in the mid-morning. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't go for flashy signs or big marketing budgets. We just focus on making sure the orders are processed and the factory is getting what it needs. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s pretty quiet, which gives us time to catch up on the books. It’s a steady, honest way to make a living and we’ve been doing it this way for years. Living and working in the same area makes it easier to keep things balanced.
