We are based out of Chandigarh. There isn't a whole lot to say other than we work on hospital solutions. It is a broad area, but we mostly deal with the practical side of things. Chandigarh is a planned city, and we like the order of it. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We spend most of our time on the phone or on computers trying to get things lined up for our clients. It’s mostly about making sure hospitals have what they need to function properly. We started this because we saw how messy the logistics could get in the healthcare world. It isn't glamorous work. There are a lot of lists and a lot of checking in on orders. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy logo. We just have a small group of people who know how the system works. Sometimes things go wrong, like a shipment gets delayed or a piece of software acts up. We just deal with it as it comes. We are pretty easy to talk to if you need something. Most of our work comes from word of mouth anyway. We don't feel the need to shout about what we do. We just stay in our lane and keep the solutions coming for the places that need them. It is a steady pace and we keep things simple. We have been doing this for several years now.
