Unique Garment

We are located right on Treasury Road. The shop is called Unique Garment and it has been our workplace for a long time. It’s a straightforward kind of place. We don't have a lot of big posters or bright lights outside. Mostly, we just have our name on the front and the garments inside. Treasury Road is a busy stretch, so there is always noise from the traffic. We get people from all over who are just passing through or live nearby. Every morning, we sweep the front and start organizing the shirts and trousers. We don't follow all the latest trends from the magazines, we just stock what we know people around here like to wear. Sometimes we sit on the stools outside when it’s quiet and watch the world go by. It’s a simple life. We deal with the suppliers and try to get things that last a while. There is no corporate office or anything like that, just us behind the counter. If you come in, you will probably see me or my brother working. We do our own bookkeeping in a big ledger on the desk. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We don’t make a big deal out of things, we just sell clothes and try to be fair to everyone. Being on Treasury Road has its ups and downs with the weather and the crowds, but it is our home. We plan on being here for quite a while longer.
