Our main contact point is over in Ambala Cantt, specifically at House Number G-65 in Mahesh Nagar. Even though our name mentions Baddi in Himachal Pradesh, we spend a lot of time managing things from this side in Haryana. It is a bit of a split life between the two places. The office in Mahesh Nagar is where we handle most of the paperwork and the phone calls. It’s a residential area, so it’s quite normal and not at all corporate. We’ve got files stacked up on the shelves and a couple of old desks. We deal with industrial supplies and production, which means there is always a lot of coordination needed between the factory and the office. Sometimes things get delayed at the border or there are issues with the machinery. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s just a few of us running the whole show. We don't have a big HR department or anyone like that. If there’s an issue, we just talk it out and fix it. We’ve been around since the industrial area in Baddi started growing. It’s been a lot of work over the years, but we’ve built some good relationships with other businesses. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want to make sure the orders go out on time and everything is correct. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
