Rajender Hospitality started out of House No. 61 on the ground floor in Village Rajjipur. We are near the PO BCW Surajpur area in Panchkula. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a big office building; we work right from the village. Most of our work involves managing small guest houses or helping people find a place to stay when they are visiting the Surajpur area. It is a quiet life for the most part, though things can get hectic during the wedding season when everyone needs a room. We know everyone around here, from the shopkeepers to the postman. Running a hospitality business in a place like Rajjipur means you have to be practical. You can’t promise things you can't deliver. We focus on being honest with our guests and making sure they have what they need. If the water heater is slow, we tell them. If we can help with transport, we do. We aren't polished or fancy. We are just people who live here and decided to start a company. It’s been a few years now, and we’ve seen the village change a little, but our way of doing things stays the same. We just want to do a good job and keep our reputation solid among the locals. Panchkula 134003 is where we belong, and we’re happy to stay small and local while we manage the daily guests.
