Radix Overseas

Chandni Chowk is a world of its own, and we are right in the thick of it at Katra Leswan. Radix Overseas is on the second floor of Mcd No. 1368. To get up here, you have to navigate the narrow lanes that are always packed with people, carts, and rickshaws. It’s loud and it’s chaotic, but that’s just how Old Delhi works. Inside, the walls are thick and it’s a bit quieter than the street, though the noise still drifts up. We handle overseas trade, so there’s a lot of talk about shipping and customs. The stairs are steep and old, and the building has a lot of history in the bricks. We don't have a modern lobby or anything like that. It’s just a few rooms with desks pushed against the walls to make space for samples. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there waiting for the backup to kick in, chatting about whatever is happening in the market downstairs. It’s a very traditional way of working even though we are dealing with international stuff. You can smell the spices and the street food from the vendors below all day long. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’re used to the cramped space and the constant hum of the bazaar. It’s just our daily reality here in the heart of the city.
