Radiall Protectoron Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at 25-D in the Second Phase. If you’ve ever been to Peenya, you know it’s a massive place with lots of dust and trucks moving in every direction. We fit right in. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get things done. We work on various protection components and technical parts. It’s mostly industrial stuff that doesn't sound very exciting to most people, but it keeps us busy. The team here is pretty small. We’ve known each other for years, so we don't need many meetings. It’s a lot of manual work and checking specs. We spend most of our time in the workshop area rather than sitting at desks in the back. The noise from the other units in the industrial area is always there in the background, like a constant hum. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially in the heat of the afternoon, but we have a good routine with our tea breaks. We don’t do big speeches or fancy presentations for anyone. If a client needs something specific, we just figure out how to make it happen in the shop. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know the other guys on the block. It’s a practical location for a company like ours. We don't worry about being the flashiest. We just want to do our jobs right so we can go home.
