Our office is in room 102 of the Time Square building on C.G. Road. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the city. Radhe Shyam Travels Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from here for quite a bit. It’s a typical travel office with maps on the walls and a few computers that are always running. We spend the day booking tickets, arranging cars, and talking to people about where they need to go. C.G. Road is always full of people, so we get a lot of walk-ins. It’s not always organized; sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three phones are ringing at once and someone is standing at the counter. We don't have a corporate script or anything. We just talk to people like normal humans and try to figure out the best way to get them to their destination. Some days are slow, and we just sit around talking about our own weekend plans. Other days, like during the holiday seasons, we barely have time to grab a quick tea. We’ve had some of the same clients for years, and they just come back because they know where we are. We don't put out many ads. The work keeps us busy enough. It’s just a regular travel desk trying to make sure nobody gets stuck at an airport or a bus station. We keep it simple and just focus on the bookings.
