The office is right there in the village and post office area of Saha, so it has a very local feel to it. We aren't tucked away in some high-rise; we are right where the action is. The space inside is pretty basic. We have some computers, plenty of files, and usually a pot of tea going somewhere. Most of our work involves managing projects in the surrounding areas of Haryana. It can be quite a lot of driving around sometimes to check on things. The weather gets very cold in the winter and quite hot in the summer, but we just carry on. We don't use any fancy business talk or complicated strategies. We just look at what needs to be built or fixed and we figure out the best way to do it with the tools we have. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or a delivery being late, but we just fix it and move on. It is an honest day’s work for all of us here in Saha. We don't really have a big marketing department, we just focus on the engineering and the daily tasks at hand.
