Propertylicious Llp is our little company based at 242 A in Ganesh Vihar. It’s a local spot and we’ve made ourselves at home here. The name sounds a bit different, but we’re just regular people doing property work. We don't have a polished corporate image or a team of people in expensive suits. Most days it’s just us in our office, which is really just a room filled with cabinets and a couple of computers. We focus on the houses and plots around our neighborhood because that’s where we spend all our time. We know the people here and we know which properties are actually worth the asking price. Dealing with real estate involves a lot of patience, especially with all the paperwork that needs to be filed. We do our best to stay on top of it so things don't get delayed. We aren't trying to sell anyone on a dream; we just want to help them find a place that fits their budget and doesn't have hidden problems. Our walls are a bit bare and we often forget to buy milk for the coffee, but we're good at tracking down property titles and checking land records. It’s practical, honest work and we like being part of the Ganesh Vihar community. We’re usually around if someone wants to drop by and talk about what’s available on the next street over.
