Pratirodh Foundation

Pratirodh Foundation is located at 35-A, Gobind Nagar, right near the Gurudwara in Ambala Cantt. Being so close to the Gurudwara means there is always a lot of activity and people around, which we really like. We are a small foundation that just tries to help out wherever there is a gap. We don't have a big corporate board or fancy titles. Usually, it's just a couple of us sitting in the office in Gobind Nagar, looking at what needs to be done that week. Ambala Cantt is a place with a lot of history and we feel proud to be working here. Our office is a simple one, nothing too flashy, just some files and a few chairs. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors and seeing how things are going on the street. We don't use a lot of fancy language to describe what we do. If someone needs something and we can help, we do it. It’s pretty straightforward. Some days are slow and we just sit and plan, and other days are so busy we don't have time to eat lunch. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we’re still learning the best ways to get things done. We don't have a big website or a social media team, just us here at 35-A trying to stay useful for everyone in the neighborhood.
