Our shop is located in Pragati Vihar at House Number 18. If you are looking for us, we are right behind the BD floor mill. Actually, people usually tell you it is behind the mill twice because the path can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We are also quite near the Shiv Mandir, which is a better landmark for most. We deal with scientific glass and equipment, like those tubes and flasks you see in school labs. It’s a quiet enough spot, though you can hear the mill running during the day. We spend a lot of our time wrapping items in old newspapers and bubble wrap because glass is so easy to break during transport. We aren't a big corporation or anything, just a small workplace where we handle orders as they come in. Most of our customers are from local institutions or small testing units. We don’t have a fancy showroom, just rows of shelves with different sized beakers and thermometers. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the boxes waiting to be picked up. We handle the paperwork ourselves on a small wooden desk. It’s just us doing our thing day after day. If you reach the temple, you basically just have to walk a few more steps behind the mill to find our door. We’ve been here for a good while now and know the neighbors well. It is a simple way to run a business.
