We deal with all sorts of glass tubes, beakers, and things you’d see in a science lab. It’s delicate work, and we have to be careful not to break anything when we’re moving the crates around. The shop is full of shelves from floor to ceiling. It can get a bit overwhelming if you don't know where things are, but we have our own system. It’s just a few of us here. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything. We just take the orders and pack them up as best as we can. Sometimes the tape dispenser gets stuck, or we run out of bubble wrap at the worst time. It’s just those little things that happen in a small business. We’ve been on Subhash Park Road for a while and we like the neighborhood. It’s mostly quiet except for the traffic on the main road. We don't spend money on big ads. Most people find us because they need something specific for their lab and someone told them we might have it. We just try to keep the shelves stocked and the floor swept. We like the work we do even if it is a bit quiet and specialized.
