Peak Valley Resorts Private Limited is a bit different because we are based out in V.P.O Ballana in the Ambala district. Our office is care of Jaiteshwar Singhchehal, who is the son of Paramjeet Singh. It’s a very local, village-based setup. You won't find us in a high-rise building or a commercial park. Instead, we are right here in the community. The pace of life in Ballana is much slower than what you find in the big cities like Gurgaon. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the land and the planning for our resort business. It’s a lot of outdoor work and meeting with local people. Sometimes we have to drive into Ambala for supplies or to handle some banking, but mostly we are right here at the house. The atmosphere is very quiet, with just the sounds of the village and the fields around us. We don’t have a big team of executives. It is mostly just family and a few local hands who help out with the daily tasks. We started this because we saw the potential in this area for something more than just farming. It’s a lot of hard work and there are days when things don’t go as planned, but that’s just how it is. We are just a local business trying to build something real here in Haryana. It’s honest work and we like being out in the open air. We don't need fancy offices to get things done.
