Laxmi Trading Co.

Our office is located at House Number 18 on New Tagore Colony Road. It’s a bit of a different feel because we are so close to the Model School. You can hear the kids playing during their lunch break and the school bell ringing throughout the day. It’s a residential area that has slowly seen more businesses like ours popping up. Being in a house makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial block. We use the ground floor for all our trading operations at Laxmi Trading Co. There are boxes stacked in what used to be a living room, and our main desk is right by the front window. We see the neighbors walking their dogs or going to the market while we are busy with invoices and phone calls. It’s a quiet life compared to the main city center, but we like it that way. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us making sure everything is counted and shipped correctly. Sometimes the delivery vans have a hard time turning around in the narrow colony streets, but we always manage to make it work. We’ve been at this address for years and most of the local people know us by name. We just do our work and go home when the sun sets, same as everyone else in the neighborhood.
