You can find us over at Shiv Nagar in Jammu. We’re at House Number 118 on Lane 12, right in Block-C. It’s a residential-feeling area, but we’ve got our office set up here for ITD Cementation. We deal with heavy construction and civil engineering stuff. Usually, our guys are out on-site somewhere in the state, but this is where the planning happens. The office is pretty basic. We have some computers and a few tables for meetings. It’s not a shiny corporate building, just a regular place where we get work done. Jammu gets cold in the winter, so we usually have a heater going while we go over the project specs. We aren't trying to sell you anything with fancy talk. We just handle the concrete, the steel, and the labor required for big jobs. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is. We know the neighbors around Lane 12. It’s a quiet spot most days. We focus on the technical details of the builds. If a project is running behind, we stay late to figure it out. There’s always a lot of paperwork with cement and construction, so our desks stay pretty messy. We’ve been around for a while and people in the industry know us for the work we do. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the next task on the list.
